Subscription Rates

Membership categories

The RFS has several membership categories, each with its own subscription rate. All membership categories enjoy the standard membership benefits.

Corporate membership – allows up to five members of staff (based at the same office) to attend RFS events, receive our fortnightly E-news, and enjoy the same benefits as individual members. Two copies of the Quarterly Journal of Forestry are mailed to the corporate members’ office. Corporate members include: local authorities, colleges, estates, tree companies, government bodies, and wildlife organisations.

Individual membership – offers individuals all the benefits and opportunities listed under membership benefits.

Joint membership – is for TWO people living at the same address.

Full-time student membership – offers full time students the same benefits and opportunities as individual membership, but for half the cost.

Most RFS members are UK based, but we do have members in some 15 other countries. These overseas members pay the same rate as UK-based individual members, and receive their Quarterly Journal of Forestry via Airmail.

Rates for 2013

From time to time we offer special discounts (details in the on-line Store, on the left). Membership subscriptions begin on 1 January 2013:
