Most RFS Divisions across England, Wales and Northern Ireland will be holding a Chalara fraxinea (ash dieback) briefing at their first spring meeting of 2013. The briefings will include the latest advice on how to identify ash dieback, the status and spread of the disease, appropriate management actions and the monitoring and reporting of cases. A Technical Paper will also be produced, which will be made available on the RFS website when the Government's Control Plan is updated in March.

RFS Divisions are contacting members with 2013 meeting dates, which will also be included on our events calendar.

Non-members may attend meetings by arrangement. Please contact your local division or join the RFS via rfshq@rfs.org.ukor call us on 01594 250140 for information. You can also join online.
